Frequently Asked Questions
Should I choose a manufacturer or distributor when buying an LED display?
A manufacturer should be preferred. Direct manufacturers like Freeled offer prices without middleman margins, can customize, and provide technical support with their own engineers. Distributors typically buy ready panels from China and resell, with limited technical intervention capabilities.
What is pixel pitch and how to choose it?
Pixel pitch is the distance between two LED centers (in mm). P4 = 4mm, P10 = 10mm, etc. Smaller pitch = higher resolution = suitable for close viewing distances. For large outdoor displays P6–P10, for indoor meeting halls P2.5–P4 are preferred.
Why is IP65 important for outdoor LED displays?
The IP65 standard indicates the product is protected against dust and water spray from all directions. It is mandatory for outdoor displays that operate in rain, snow, and sun. All Freeled outdoor products are IP65 certified.
What does turnkey service include for an LED display project?
Freeled's turnkey service includes technical consulting, display manufacturing, steel construction and reinforced concrete foundation, installation, software setup, and commissioning. The customer receives the project in working condition.
Can you supply LED displays for government tenders?
Yes. Freeled submits proposals to public tenders with all required documentation: industrial registry certificate, capacity report, trademark certificate, TSE and CE certificates. We can also support with technical specification analysis and objection processes.
